Jesus has called his people to walk in divine health. Our healing ministry firmly believes that call extends to every area of our health. We believe that the same blood of Jesus that washes away our sin also cleanses our body of all affliction and infirmity. We just need to believe that He can do it. Our healing team walks in the promise of Mark 16:18 and they are anointed to activate that promise in your life –now more than ever people are in need of healing.
On the cross, Jesus provided our healing and wholeness and therefore our mindsets need to be renewed to see that God is ready and wanting to heal us. This is because of His great love and because He alone is the Healer. He is the same yesterday, today, and forevermore and He wants to give us health, wholeness, and abundant life.
It is from the understanding stated above, that our Freedom ministry is a unique inner deliverance ministry aimed to get to the root of –point of entry– of what may be hindering you from entering into a deeper relationship with Jesus. During this time our ministry team will sit down with you in a private setting and guide you through the process of freedom and wholeness. This is not a counseling session-if counseling is needed then other ministry alternatives can be arranged. Instead, this a time of delayering the soul from demonic oppression and filling you back up with the experiential reality of who Jesus is, so that you can pursue and fulfill your complete calling and destiny as a child of God!
We believe Jesus is still healing people, and his desire is for you to be healed. If you need physical healing, we are here for you. Our team is trained to pray for healing. The Inner Healing ministry is designed to get to root issues that cause a lack of love and identity. This ministry deals with emotional wounds of the past, and painful memories. These sessions are conducted by trained ministers who rely on the Holy Spirit to lead each session. This type of ministry is available by appointment only and can be booked during the week. Wendell was born again in 1975. Two years prior he received an Associate of Electrical Engineering Technology degree(1973). He received his Bachelor of Computer Science degree in 1976 and then a Master of Business Administration degree in 1977. Wendell met his wife Julie during their study time at the Elim Bible Institute where he completed his Diploma in Bible in 1983. They were the pastors of the English congregation of a Chinese church in Queens for over twenty years before joining TORCC NY in 2014.
Both Wendell and Julie are a vital part of our ministry, and have been established as Elders with a shepherding heart for God’s people.
Wendell and Julie oversee the Inner Healing and Wholeness department of our transformation ministry. They both carry a vision for the Body of Christ being a fearless end time army, disciplined by the Spirit of God, who have been healed and restored to intimacy in Christ, free from the past, and walking in their God-given identity.
Wendell is ordained in ministry through Elim Fellowship, Lima, NY, and has also completed the SOAP leadership training modules that include the following courses of study:

Julie came to Christ in 1975 and has been walking with the Lord ever since. She received an Associates Degree in nursing in 1977 and pursued her nursing career achieving her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 1993 and then a Masters of Science in Nursing in 1996. Julie spent the last nineteen years of her professional career as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, right up to her recent retirement from the same.
Julie received a Diploma in Bible Studies from the Elim Bible Institute in 1980.
Alongside her husband Wendell, Julie heads up the Healing and Wholeness arm of TORCC NY, ministering grace and healing to the Body of Christ. Julie's heart cry is to see people made whole & walk in freedom by the power of God through His Holy Spirit, a vision her and her husband have faithfully contributed to since joining TORCC NY.

The ministry is available only by appointment only. The sessions are conducted at Times of Refreshing Christian Center New York Campus. Healing and wholeness prep appointments can be conducted over the phone and off campus during the week.
It is necessary for all first time participants to first complete a preparation appointment before moving onto a healing ministry session with our team.

A week ago, God used Ps.Natalie and (I’m sorry—) another sister whose name I don’t recall, to set me free from Guilt & Condemnation. Since then, I have been SO THANKFUL for the increase in liberty I’ve enjoyed. Remembering this new freedom gives me Hope that what I experienced will also become a testimony to the LORD’s love through healing and freedom. Amen.
