Dr. Nathan Kassas serves on the International Leadership Team of Times of Refreshing Christian Center (TORCC), where he leads as Associate Pastor and Ministry Director alongside his wife, Natalie. Together, they steward the New York campus and oversee global ministry operations.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Nathan moved to New York on a dance scholarship. His professional career spans over two decades as a dancer, choreographer, singer, and songwriter. He has performed at internationally recognized events including Cutting Edge Composers III (NYMF Festival), the Sydney Royal Easter Show, Pacific Youth Opera, World Youth Day, the United Nations Universal Peace Federation Awards, Australian National Rugby League (Anthem Soloist), NBC’s Today Show, and So You Think You Can Dance (Australia). He has worked with artists such as Chris Brown, Rihanna, Jessica Mauboy, and Channing Tatum (Magic Mike). His training includes prestigious institutions like Broadway Dance Center, The Ailey School, Debbie Reynolds Dance Studio, and The Juilliard School.
As Artistic Director and co-founder of Next Level Generation Performing Arts Company (NLG), Nathan trained over 300 students weekly and directed content for television, theatre, live concerts, and global festivals. His prophetic approach to the arts continues to shape creative expression with redemptive purpose.
Nathan is also a classically trained vocalist, having studied at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and Pacific Youth Opera, with continuing vocal studies at Juilliard. He currently serves as Worship Pastor for Collide Worship—the sound of TORCC NY—leading worship for services, global events, and digital broadcasts.
In addition to his creative giftings, Nathan is a dynamic teacher, prophetic minister, and seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in deliverance, transformation, and counseling. His ability to integrate biblical truth with psychological and scientific insight has positioned him as a sought-after instructor in TORCC’s School of Apostles and Prophets (SOAP). He teaches and develops courses such as:
• Spiritual Roots of Disease
• Hearing God Through Your Dreams
• God’s Purpose for the Arts
• Kingdom Emotions
• Prophetic Parenting
• Davidic Worship
• Real Relationships, and more.
As Director of SOAP, Nathan works closely with Dr. Robyn Kassas, the school’s President and Dean, to equip fivefold office ministers who are Spirit-led, emotionally mature, and equal in both gifting and character. He also oversees SOAP’s practicum initiatives and curriculum development, mentoring students to have a real-world Kingdom impact.
Nathan is instrumental in leading TORCC’s technological infrastructure and innovation, including projects such as TORCC TV, SOAP Online, Season Casting, Dipping Night Online, and TORCC’s custom church management system.
His apostolic leadership extends beyond teaching, deeply impacting areas such as mentoring, deliverance ministry, team building, and pastoral counseling. He is committed to raising emotionally healthy, prophetically accurate, and mission-focused leaders across every ministry department.
As someone with Sephardic Jewish heritage and lineage to the tribe of Judah, Ps. Nathan carries a strong call to see the Jewish people awakened to their Messiah and to help the Church step into its prophetic role in Israel’s restoration.
