Citywatch Pastor | Identify Her & Wholeness Leader

B.F.A., LMT

Amanda Brewster is one of the founding members of TORCC and serves as a key leader in several ministries, including Identify Her (our women’s ministry) and CityWatch, where she functions as the Lead Pastor of our prayer and intercession department. Amanda carries a powerful burden to see women walk in their God-given identity, authority, and destiny. She champions women in ministry—both within the church and in the marketplace—and serves on our Healing & Wholeness team, where her compassion and prophetic insight bring freedom, clarity, and transformation.

A fully licensed Massage Therapist, Amanda is the founder of The Movement Habit, a growing company where she equips clients through hands-on bodywork, movement coaching, and educational workshops. She has developed a unique series of movement classes called “Unwind,” designed to help individuals release tension, restore alignment, and reconnect with the way God has designed the body to move.

Amanda is currently partnering with TORCC to pioneer new, biblically grounded exercise and movement methods—expressive, transformative, and anchored in true spiritual identity rather than soul-driven practice. Her extensive understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and the body’s God-designed intelligence makes her an invaluable member of our Healing & Wholeness team, specializing in the intersection of physical and emotional freedom.

Amanda is also a gifted choreographer, dancer, and actress, with a career shaped by excellence and creativity. She holds a Fine Arts degree from St. Olaf College, with concentrations in Dance and Theatre. After moving to New York at age 20, she continued her training at The Ailey School and later joined the Peridance Training Ensemble. Her professional journey includes performing in and choreographing Off-Broadway productions, leading her own dance company (Skylight Dance Theatre, co-founded with Virginia Pike), producing outdoor dance events in Times Square, and contributing to regional musical theatre productions.

A unique part of Amanda’s heritage is her lineage: she is a direct descendant of Rev. William Brewster, the pastor of the Mayflower. We count it an honor to see her walk out the legacy of her ancestor—a legacy rooted in faith, courage, and the dream of a nation under God.

New classes, instructionals, and resources featuring Amanda’s innovative work will be available soon on TORCC TV.
