Dr. Robyn Kassas is the founder and Senior Minister of Times of Refreshing Christian Center (TORCC), an international apostolic-prophetic ministry with campuses in Australia and the United States. She is a globally recognized prophet, visionary leader, teacher, and pioneer with more than 35 years of ministry experience across Asia, Africa, Europe, the Pacific, the Middle East, and North America.

TORCC includes two vibrant worship centers—Parramatta, Australia and Manhattan, New York—along with two performing arts schools: Next Level Generation (Sydney) and New York Generation (NYC).

Dr. Robyn also oversees the School of Apostles and Prophets (SOAP), headquartered in New York City, with an expanding international online campus. SOAP is a pioneering equipping center that raises up fivefold office ministers—apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers—who are both Spirit-led and equal in maturity and gifting. Its mission is to develop leaders who walk in uncompromising character, prophetic accuracy, and cultural relevance, fully prepared to impact every sphere of society. Under her leadership, SOAP has become a trusted hub for cultivating excellence, spiritual depth, and apostolic authority in ministry training worldwide.

Dr. Robyn is renowned for her groundbreaking understanding of the prophetic office and her ability to bring prophetic insight into every sphere of influence—government, media, the arts, business, education, and beyond. Her bold, Spirit-breathed messages challenge religious tradition and call the Church into relevance, excellence, and intimacy with God. She holds a Master of Christian Arts from Christian Leadership University, specializing in prophetic ministry, and has earned both a Doctor of Divinity from Christian International Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from Christian Leadership University.

She is the host and creator of Open Eyes, a widely followed investigative and prophetic podcast that pulls back the curtain on what mainstream media refuses to expose. With over 200 episodes and a weekly audience averaging between 180,000 to 250,000 listeners, Open Eyes is impacting lives globally and awakening the Body of Christ to the times and seasons we are living in. The podcast is a cornerstone of TORCC TV, the on-demand streaming platform she founded to disciple, equip, and activate believers worldwide.

A passionate educator, Dr. Robyn is the founder and lead editor of the Canaan Land Prophetic Journal, a global prophetic publication in circulation for over 30 years. She has written and taught numerous courses on prophetic ministry and spiritual leadership, and continues to raise leaders marked by integrity, vision, and supernatural power.

Dr. Robyn’s end-time calling is also deeply rooted in her identity as a Sephardic Jew, with a traceable lineage to the tribe of Judah and the House of David. This heritage fuels her unwavering commitment to see the Jewish people come to know their true Messiah—Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ). Her heart burns for the restoration of Israel and the fulfillment of God's covenant promises to His people. She is devoted to awakening the Jewish remnant in this hour and equipping the Church to walk in its full prophetic role toward Israel’s redemption.

Dr. Robyn is the proud mother of five adult children, two foster children, and grandmother to thirteen grandchildren. Her vision is to see New York—once seen as a spiritual graveyard—transformed into a flourishing garden for the Kingdom of God.
