Dr. Tony Kassas has been part of Times of Refreshing Christian Centre Sydney since the early 1980s, after being saved through its ministry. Six years later, he joined the leadership team, and in 1989 he married Pastor Robyn Kassas. What began as a local encounter with God soon expanded into a global ministry that now spans Australia, Southeast Asia, North America, and has reached England, Israel, and Kenya.

An ordained prophetic minister and seasoned teacher, Dr. Tony has spent over 30 years preaching, prophesying, and equipping believers worldwide. His spiritual gifts include teaching, prophecy, and governance, and he is widely recognized for his ability to give believers the “big picture” concerning the Church in the last days. His teaching style offers a clear panoramic and macroscopic view of biblical prophecy, end-time events, and God’s unfolding plan for the Church.

Dr. Tony’s passion is to prepare God’s people to overcome the challenges of the last days and walk in the victories that lead to the Second Coming of Jesus. He longs for every believer to experience what he calls “New Testament Church Dynamic”—the power, boldness, and spiritual insight that marked the early Church in the Book of Acts. As an apostolic father, he faithfully mentors the next generation of leaders and ministers into this dynamic.

In Sydney, Dr. Tony founded the Community Assistance Team (CAT) in 2002, a ministry that continues to serve meals and extend Christ’s compassion to the underprivileged in Parramatta’s city center. In New York City, he oversees TORCC NY’s Humanitarian Emergency Relief Team (HERT), which collaborates with churches and agencies as a first-response group after natural disasters, including major efforts during Hurricane Sandy in 2012.

Dr. Tony also founded Visioncorp, a ministry for Christian professionals and entrepreneurs. Through Visioncorp, men and women in business gather to grow in excellence, accountability, and Kingdom influence—demonstrating that righteousness in the marketplace creates a powerful platform for the Gospel.

As the Academic Dean of the School of Apostles and Prophets (SOAP) and senior lecturer of the Prophetic/Apostolic Stream, Dr. Tony provides biblical, theological, and prophetic foundations for the ministry. He received his Doctorate of Theology from Christian Leadership University, with additional studies completed through Ministers Fellowship International, Vision International University, and Christian International Seminary.

Dr. Tony is also the host of TORCC TV’s original program “Theology Talks,” where he dives into doctrine, theology, and biblical studies with clarity and prophetic insight. He is currently writing The Genesis Project, a prophetic commentary on the book of Genesis that explores its theological, scientific, and end-time significance.

Dr. Tony lives in New York with his wife, Dr. Robyn Kassas. They have been joyfully married for over 34 years and are blessed with five adult children and too many grandchildren to list.
