Ps. Kim Arhipoff serves as the Prayer Pastor of TORCC Sydney and is a foundational leader within the church alongside her husband, Ps. Victor Arhipoff. She has been a faithful member of Times of Refreshing Christian Center for over 30 years, carrying a deep love for God’s presence, His people, and the spiritual destiny of Australia. Ps. Kim is a mighty intercessor with a clear call to prayer and spiritual warfare. Her heart is to see the Sydney campus transformed into a true house of prayer, where intimacy with God, sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, and sustained intercession shape the culture of the church. She carries a strong prophetic burden to see Australia return to its original calling as the Great South Land of the Holy Spirit.

As Prayer Pastor, Ps. Kim leads with humility, discernment, and spiritual authority. She labors faithfully in prayer for the church, its leaders, families, and the nation, often standing in the gap behind the scenes so that others may walk in freedom, clarity, and breakthrough. Her intercession is marked by perseverance, depth, and a deep alignment with the heart of God.

Together with Ps. Victor, Ps. Kim leads TORCC Sydney with faithfulness and unity—contending for revival, renewal, and a generation awakened to the presence, power, and purposes of God.
