Ps. Victor Arhipoff serves as the Location Leader of TORCC Sydney alongside his wife, Ps. Kim Arhipoff. Together, they have been faithful members of Times of Refreshing Christian Center for over 30 years, carrying a deep love for God’s people and a strong burden for the spiritual destiny of Australia. Their leadership is marked by humility, faithfulness, and a shared passion to see lives transformed by the presence and power of God.

Ps. Victor is called to help Australians rediscover their constitutional and spiritual foundations, while leading believers into a deeper, more authentic relationship with Jesus—one that moves beyond tradition and cultural models of church. His heart is to see the Church in Australia burn with passion for God’s presence, fully alive and aligned with Heaven’s purpose.

For over twelve years, Ps. Victor has faithfully served as a Care Pastor at TORCC Sydney, and as a member of the church’s leadership team, he has proven himself to be a compassionate, steady, and trustworthy leader. A true shepherd at heart, he is deeply committed to caring for the spiritual and emotional well-being of the church family. His pastoral approach is relational, attentive, and grounded in genuine love for people.

Ps. Victor’s spiritual gifts include teaching, intercession, leadership, and encouragement, and he carries a unique grace to strengthen, build, and restore others. He also plays an active role in Visioncorp, TORCC’s Christian business network, helping believers integrate faith, integrity, and Kingdom values into the marketplace.

Outside of ministry, Ps. Victor is a qualified electrician and the owner of Connect Electrical, his own business. Through his professional work, he models excellence, integrity, and consistency—demonstrating that Kingdom leadership extends beyond the church and into everyday vocation.

Alongside Ps. Kim, who serves as Prayer Pastor of TORCC Sydney and carries a powerful vision to see the church become a true house of prayer and Australia restored as the Great South Land of the Holy Spirit, Ps. Victor continues to contend for revival, renewal, and a generation set ablaze for Jesus.
