Tennille, together with her husband Anders, serves as a deacon at TORCC NY. They share a genuine love for people and are passionate about building community, deepening friendships, and cultivating meaningful relationships within the church family.

A natural administrator with a rare gift, Tennille does far more than organize meetings and events—she has an ability to bring people together in ways that are both efficient and refreshing. Her leadership style is marked by warmth, wisdom, and a deep desire to see every person feel connected and seen.

‍

Tennille holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s degree in School Counseling, and spent ten years working as a youth counselor in the public school system. Her background in counseling, paired with her pastoral heart, enables her to support people with empathy, insight, and stability.

‍

At TORCC NY, Tennille oversees the Walkout Ministry, the vital follow-up arm of our Transformation Department. She works closely with individuals who have received ministry, helping them walk out their freedom in practical and sustainable ways. As a “big sister” in Christ, she mentors younger women, guiding them with grace, compassion, and truth. A gifted communicator and attentive listener, Tennille creates safe spaces for conversation—lifting people out of isolation and reminding them that God sees, God cares, and community is real.

Tennille also plays a major leadership role in TORCC NY Media, Marketing, and Events, bringing creativity, organization, and excellence to everything she touches.

‍

Alongside her husband, Tennille helps lead the Publishing Department of TORCC, overseeing books, e-books, teaching materials, and the distribution of the Canaan Land Prophetic Journal. Their heart is to see the prophetic word of God spread across every medium and reach every sphere of culture.

‍

Outside of ministry, Tennille is a successful entrepreneur and operates her own online business. Her infectious smile, laid-back personality, and love for fashion make her a joy to work with and a beloved member of our leadership team.
