In this episode, Dr. Nathan Kassas and Dr. Robyn Kassas conclude their Old Gate series by focusing on the rhema. From Romans 10:17 they explain that the "word" is the Greek rhema, God's spoken word, which brings faith where a schema brings prediction. Joseph is the model of a dreamer who learned to interpret by God's rhema. They give markers for discerning it: a rhema that makes you less like Jesus is not His voice, it interrupts appetite (Matthew 4:4), it acts as the sword of the Spirit, and it overrides experience, as with Peter's net.
