God has never stopped speaking.
From the beginning of Scripture to the present day, the voice of the Lord has always been central to His relationship with His people. At TORCC, we believe that hearing and responding to God’s voice is not reserved for a select few—it is part of the inheritance of the Church.
“Surely the Lord God does nothing unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.” — Amos 3:7
Prophetic ministry at TORCC exists to help believers pursue the most important relationship of all: ongoing communication with the Lord. Our desire is to cultivate a community where people learn to recognize God’s voice, grow in discernment, and walk confidently in what He is saying.
But we believe the prophetic is more than a moment.
It is more than an experience.
It is a lifestyle.
A prophetic life is one of constant attentiveness to the Lord—learning to hear, respond, and steward His word with humility and maturity.
What Makes This Ministry Unique?
One of the mandates of our house is to restore honor, maturity, and integrity to the prophetic office and the gifts of the Spirit.
The prophetic was never meant to be sensationalized or disconnected from character and accountability. What the Church needs most today is not simply more prophecy, but greater maturity in the prophetic.

Prophetic Ministry at TORCC is about ongoing communication with the Lord, helping believers hear and respond to God’s voice as part of their inheritance in the Church. In the spirit of Amos 3:7, “Surely the Lord God does nothing unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets,” it seeks to cultivate a community that recognizes God’s voice, grows in discernment, and walks confidently in what He is saying.
Prophetic Ministry is woven through the life of the house, not confined to one setting. It is activated in Sunday services (through worship, preaching, prayer, and Spirit-led encouragement), in SOAP classes and programs (for structured training in discernment and prophetic gifting), within teaching and preaching (connecting the Word of God to what the Holy Spirit is doing now), and at Dipping Night ministry gatherings (for deeper prayer, prophetic activation, and Spirit-led ministry).
Prophetic Ministry is for all believers at TORCC, not just a select few. Hearing God’s voice is considered central to every Christian’s relationship with the Lord, so the ministry is designed for anyone who desires to grow in discernment, spiritual maturity, and a prophetic lifestyle.
