CityWatch is the prayer movement of TORCC — dedicated to watching over our people and our city through faith-filled intercession and thanksgiving. We believe prayer is how we communicate with God and receive from Him insight, strategy, and power to overcome the forces that seek to keep lives and cities bound in fear and darkness.
We are not passive observers.
We are watchmen.
Scripture declares:
“I have set watchmen upon thy walls…” — Isaiah 62:6
“If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray… then I will hear from heaven.” — 2 Chronicles 7:14
CityWatch prayer meetings are the engine room of TORCC New York. Much of the unseen battle for souls, families, and our city is fought here — not with noise, but with authority. Not with fear, but with faith.
Where sin increases, grace increases more.

CityWatch is the prayer movement of TORCC, dedicated to spiritually “watching over” our church, city, and nation through faith‑filled intercession and thanksgiving. Rooted in Isaiah 62:6, “I have set watchmen upon thy walls…”, it gathers believers to pray, listen to the Lord, and stand in the gap for their communities.
CityWatch prayer meetings are described as the engine room, where much of the unseen battle for souls, families, and the city is fought—not with noise, but with authority, and not with fear, but with faith. In the spirit of 2 Chronicles 7:14, it calls God’s people to humble themselves and pray so He will “hear from heaven.”
CityWatch is led by dedicated prayer leaders such as Amanda Brewster (CityWatch Pastor in New York) and Ps. Kim Arhipoff (Sydney Location Pastor and Prayer Leader). Participation is open to believers who desire to grow in prayer, spiritual awareness, and stewardship for their city.
At CityWatch, believers stand in the gap for the city and beyond, praying for our city and its leadership, spiritual warfare and breakthrough, families and future generations, church leadership and people, and the unfolding purposes of God in this hour—trusting that where darkness rises, prayer answers.
